For something new and exciting, why not try burlesque!? For Valentine’s Day Booty’s Street Food will be hosting the lovely Fête de L’Amour along with other talented burlesque performers and a live DJ. Tickets are $20 and a number of seating times are available. If you’re feeling peckish, be sure to check out their French-themed menu. This venue’s ambience screams romance and passion.
Galentine’s Day at the White Pearl Co.
If you’re looking to celebrate with girlfriends this year, it’s worth your while to check out this FREE event at The White Pearl Co. They will be offering food, coffee, mimosas and wine, music by DJ Christy Ray, and a ton of local business pop-up shops. What more can you ask for!?
Sundown at Granada Dinner for Two
With expansive views and fresh, seasonal dishes, Sundown at Granada is one of the best places for Valentine’s Day in Dallas. Second Saturday Bird Walk at the Heard Natural Science Museum & Wildlife Sanctuary
For all you lovebirds out there, Second Saturday Bird Walks at the Heard Sanctuary are a great way to get out and connect with nature. Serendipitously, Valentine’s Day weekend falls on one of the second Saturday’s this year! The event is FREE so pack up your binoculars (not required) and prepare to arrive prior to departure at 8am- so you don’t get left behind. While on the walk you’ll get the opportunity to learn about identification and bird spotting techniques so no experience is necessary!
Intangible Exhibit at Sweet Tooth Hotel
Wondering how to celebrate Valentine’s Day in a way that will be fun for all? This art exhibit at Sweet Tooth Hotel is a sensory experience like no other! As you explore, you will encounter eleven immersive and colorful installations made of fiber. To finish out your adventure, be sure to visit the outdoor café featuring candy themed mocktails and cocktails. Tickets are $20 for adults and $15 for children ages 2-12 with optional add-ons like a scavenger hunt package and a BFF candy box. It doesn’t get sweeter than this!
Art + Love with the Nasher Sculpture Center
For families who “heart art,” The Nasher Sculpture center will be hosting this interactive workshop for kids as part of Dallas Public Library’s series, Art with Friends. Bring some paper and sketching supplies to check out “sculptures inspired by loved ones.” Advanced registration required for this FREE event.
Smell the Roses at the Dallas Artboretum and Botanical Garden
