Summer is a time for fun, but you can also foster your kids’ love of books during vacation with the Barnes & Noble Summer Reading Program. This is a free program. To participate, simply download and print a reading journal here, then read any eight books this summer and make note of them in the journal. When you’re done, turn it in to your local store and receive a free book from a select list. You don’t have to buy the books from B&N to participate in the program – they can be borrowed from the library, lent from friends or purchased just about anywhere.
