At the request of my readers, I’ve rounded up the events and movie showtimes surrounding the premiere of the new Twilight movie, Eclipse, in and around DFW. Unless otherwise stated, all movies begin on Tuesday, June 29. Since this is such a popular movie, I advise buying your tickets ahead of time.
Regal Movie Theaters – UA Eastchase Stadium 9 and UA Fossil Creek 11 will both have double-feature showings of the first two Twilight movies, Twilight and New Moon, on June 29 at 6:30 p.m. The double feature is $10. Then they will show Eclipse at 12:01 a.m. If you want to attend that one too, you’ll pay another price for a regular movie ticket (about $9.50). For tickets, go here.
Rave Motion Pictures – the Fort Worth and Hurst location will have the double feature at 7 p.m. and the new movie at 11:59 p.m. To buy, go here and here.
Movie Tavern – midnight showing of Eclipse at most DFW locations. To buy tickets, go here.
Starplex Cinemas – midnight showing of Eclipse at Hulen Stadium 10. Tickets here.

Twilight Night – Come see an outdoor screening of the first two movies at the AT&T Plaza at the American Airlines Center in Dallas (2500 Victory Avenue) on June 26. Word is that some unnamed cast members will be there. The doors open at 6 p.m. and it’s first-come, first-served.
Meet Twilight Actors – the actors who play Bree and Quil, Jodelle Ferland and Tyson Houseman, will be at the Nordstrom at Northpark Center Mall in Dallas from 3-4 p.m. on June 26 to meet fans. The first 200 customers to spend $75 or more on select merchandise can have a photo taken with them. See here for details.
