PhotobucketGather up your bike, helmet and Halloween costume for the final installment of Mayor Betsy Price’s Tour de Fort Worth on Friday, Oct. 26 at 6 p.m. Cyclists will meet Mayor Price at T&P Tavern (221 W. Lancaster Ave.) and ride to Pioneer’s Rest, one of the city’s oldest cemeteries. There, members of Historic Fort Worth Inc. will re-enact scenes involving notable figures from Cowtown’s early years. There will also be a Halloween costume contest, drinks from Coca-Cola, and snacks courtesy of Central Market.

You must have a light on your bike to make the ride. If you want to attend the activities at Pioneer’s Rest, but don’t want to ride, you can meet the crowd at the cemetery around 6:20 p.m.

If you plan to attend, you can RSVP for the event on Facebook.
