Homeschoolers Get Discounted Zoo AdmissionIf you’re a homeschooler, don’t miss the Fort Worth Zoo’s Homeschool Day. On March 4, you and your kids can go to the zoo for a “fun-filled educational day” that includes activity stations, chats with zookeepers, and tours of the zoo exhibits. As a bonus, the zoo is offering deeply-discounted admissions to homeschoolers on this day – just $5.75 for kids from sixth grade to college, $4 for pre-K through fifth grade, and $6 per adult. For an extra $2.50 per person, you can also attend a live animal program on reptiles and amphibians. A lunch of hot dog, chips and lemonade will also be offered for $4 per person.

Pre-registration is available through today, Feb. 24. You must pre-register to attend the live animal show and purchase lunches. You can walk up on the day of the event and get in, but only the discounted admission tickets will be available.

To pre-register, go here.
