The only thing better than Baskin-Robbins ice cream is getting it nearly for free. Tomorrow night (April 29) from 5 to 10 p.m., Baskin-Robbins stores across the country will be serving small scoops for 31 cents apiece and raising money for local fire departments at the same time.
