Williams-Sonoma is like the Smithsonian of kitchenware – a veritable museum of gorgeous jelly roll pans, food processors, fancy spices and more. And in May, they’re offering a series of “technique classes” designed to teach you how to actually use all that hoity-toity kitchen stuff. On Sunday, May 3, they’ll offer a “Frittatas and Stratas” class on preparing main-course egg dishes, and Sunday, May 17 is “Summer on the Grill,” which enables you to get creative with your backyard barbecue. If you’re into frosty beverages, they’re holding a “Summer Drinks” course on May 31, all about the best summer cocktails.
The classes are free, but the only catch is that space is limited, so drop by your local store ASAP to sign up, or call them to reserve your spot. The location at University Park Village in Fort Worth is (817) 334-0009, and the Southlake store is at (817) 416-5932. Dallas Galleria store: (972) 233-9702.
