The Angelika Theater in Dallas will be holding a free showing of a new movie, “A Chemical Reaction,” on April 22. It starts at 7 p.m. This is part of Green Carpet Dallas, an Earth Day event designed to increase our awareness of environmental issues.
RSVPs are required to attend the film; you can go here to do so. You can RSVP for up to 4 people. The website recommends that you arrive 30 minutes before start time.
Before the movie, there will also be a Spring Farmers Market kickoff in Mockingbird Station, in the outdoor pavilion in front of the Angelika. This begins at 4 p.m. You can meet local farmers and artisans and see what they’re selling. Experts from the group Soils Alive will also be on hand to discuss composting, water conservation and more.
