Last month, JCPenney offered free kids’ haircuts in preparation for back-to-school – and the response was amazing! But if you missed out, don’t fret. The store just announced today that starting in November, their salons will offer free kids’ haircuts (for kids grades K-6) every Sunday. No coupon is needed, but you will probably need to make an appointment since they are sure to book up fast. The first Sunday in November is Nov. 4.
