If you buy two bottles of Herbal Essences conditioner or shampoo, you can mail in your proofs of purchase to receive a free haircut from a participating salon. There are a few things to watch out for if you decide to take advantage of this offer. First, the Herbal Essences products that you buy MUST have the green “Free Haircut” logo on the fronts of the bottles. Second, you must mail in your receipts and write the UPC codes on your redemption form. Third, you don’t know which salon you will go to to redeem your offer. The terms and conditions state that they will not tell you which salons are participating until you receive your voucher in the mail. So it could be a high-end place, or it could be Supercuts. If there is not a participating salon within 30 miles of you, you are supposed to call a phone number and they will make “alternative arrangements” – I’m assuming they’ll send a check or reimburse you for your costs.
