Bring the kids out tomorrow, Oct. 23, for a variety of craft events at retail stores around Fort Worth. Here’s what’s going on:
Flapping Bat Craft – come to your local Lowe’s at 10 a.m. on Saturday to make a free wooden flapping bat. Visit the Lowe’s Build and Grow website to RSVP. Several Lowes stores still have spots open, including Keller, Burleson, White Settlement, and Weatherford.
Boo-Tiful T-Shirt Make-It Take-It: from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Michael’s craft stores, kids age 3 and up can use Tulip paints to decorate t-shirts for Halloween. Requires the purchase of a t-shirt.
Halloween Glow Explosion Make-It Take It: From 2-4 p.m. at Michaels craft stores, kids can use Crayola Glow Explosion to make “creepy eyes.” No purchase is necessary for this one. This event repeats on Monday, Oct. 25, from 6-8 p.m.
Plenty of other Halloween events are also taking place in DFW this weekend. See our complete list of family-friendly Halloween events.
