I love the Spiral Diner – it has the distinction of being the only vegan restaurant in the Metroplex, and most importantly, the food is great! The diner, in conjunction with the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine and The Cancer Project, is hosting a “Food for Life” nutrition and cooking class series during the first few weeks of May. You’ll learn about foods that prevent cancer and learn how to prepare nutritious meals. And it’s all free!

Classes are held during evening hours, and space fills up quickly, so click this link to reserve your spot now.
