See BODIES tax-free – BODIES: The Exhibition will be offering an 8.25 percent admission discount this weekend in honor of tax-free weekend. The show is at West End Marketplace in Dallas. Tickets for adults are normally $24.

Auditions for Kids who Care – if your little one is a budding thespian, bring them to the Scott Theatre in FW (1300 Gendy St.) to audition for the theatre’s Kids Who Care acting troupe. Be there at 9 a.m. to sign up for an afernoon vocal/monologue audition. An information session happens at 10 a.m.
Shop Til You Rock – this free music-inspired mall tour will stop at Hulen Mall from 1-6, and features a performance by Don’t Shoot the Messenger. See www.shoptilyourock.com for info.
Back 2 School Bash – go to Bear Creek Park in Keller from 8-10 p.m. for a performance by children’s artist Eddie Coker. This event is free. Bring blankets, lawn chairs and a picnic. Bounce houses will be there too.

Disney’s Alice in Wonderland – go to the Artisan Center Theater in Hurst at 10 a.m. for a delightful production of the Disney classic. Includes all the songs. Tickets are just $5 for adults and kids. Great bargain!
