It’s time once again to experience the best in Fort Worth culture with the Spring ArtsGoggle, taking place Saturday, May 19 on Fort Worth’s Near Southside. This free to the public, family-friendly event attracts a crowd as diverse as the neighborhood itself with live music, artistic displays of every kind, food, drink, and fun for everyone. This year 70 businesses in the Near Southside will become art venues and open their doors to show off the work of a variety of local artists. The public is invited to park their cars and rediscover this revitalized urban neighborhood by foot, Molly the Trolley, bicycle or pedi-cab.
For specifics on which businesses are participating, see the official program here. Most activities begin at 4 p.m. A few highlights:
- Free Zumba classes and refreshments at Zmoves Studio FW
- Free yoga class at Elemental Yoga
- Free kombucha tasting at Brewed Coffee Pub
- Live music at Avoca Coffee (also, samples of goodies from Artisan Baking Co. in the parking lot)
