About the Fort Worth Botanic Garden
The Botanic Garden was founded in 1934 and today is the oldest remaining botanic garden in Texas. The gardens have expanded greatly over the years and today host over 2,000 native and exotic species of plants spread out across 21 different specialty gardens which feature a different type of plant or collection. The Botanic Garden hosts a variety of educational programs and special events meant to spread awareness about flowers, plants, and vegetables and the vital role they play in our lives.

Fort Worth Botanic Garden Coupons
Admission to much of the Botanic Garden is free, but the popular Japanese Garden and Rain Forest Conservatory charge a small admission fee to help with maintenance and upkeep. Admission to these areas starts at $7, but there are a number of ways you can save.
Children 3 and under always receive FREE admission to the Botanic Garden, while kids between 4 and 12 can get in for just $4. Seniors 65 and older can see these areas for just $5.
Botanic Garden Members, meanwhile, always receive free admission to all areas of the garden. Individual memberships start at $50 and include discounts at area businesses, subscriptions to popular magazines, and invitation to exclusive members-only events. Both the Garden Center and the relaxing Japanese Garden are open Monday through Sunday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
