The Whippersnapper in Dallas is hosting another pop-up event now through March. The theme of the pop-up this time is Breaking Bad, focusing on “the career of Walter White from school teacher to enterprising drug lord – Telling the story of Walter White.” This event will include speciality drinks, photo opportunities, nightly entertainment, food by Pollos Hermanos, and much more.

This event will take place at The Whippersnapper at 1806 McMillan Ave. in Dallas starting January 14th, and running through March 6th. This pop-up event will be open Wednesday – Saturday from 6 P.M. until 2 A.M. weekly. In a Facebook post, the owners of Whippersnapper stated that “guests will be granted entry on a first come first serve basis and be asked to keep their time with us to 90 minutes,” given the anticipated desire of the event and safety requirements. Guests will also be required to wear masks, and sanitation stations will be in place in the venue, as they noted, “all CDC protocols as well as government requirements will be met and exceeded.”
In a statement, Phil Schanbaum, co-founder of This and That Hospitality, mentioned that they have “received a ton of requests for another Pop up at The Whippersnapper,” and that the previous themed events “have had overwhelming success and we think it would be nice to start 2021 off on a positive note… While maintaining a safe atmosphere during our current Covid environment.” He went on to say that this theme “works well considering we always encourage our guests to dress up in costume, but this time the mask is required as it is in all chemical cook labs.”
This event will include “photo opportunities of all of your favorite Breaking Bad Characters, themed beverage menus & food by Pollos Hermanos,” as well as “nightly entertainment, interactive experiences, themed mural work by local artists & more!”
