Boston Winter 2016

Enjoy a winter wonderland with the launch of Boston Winter at City Hall Plaza this holiday season.

Boston Winter includes an almost 11,000 square foot skating path, holiday shopping market, and many other festive activities.

The Grand Opening Ceremony was expected to take place this past weekend but will happen on Wednesday, December 7, 2016 at 4:30 p.m. instead when the weather will (hopefully) behave. The holiday market and other holiday attractions are currently open now if you can’t wait until then.

Boston Winter is free to the public but there are some fees related to the attractions and ice skating, but you can certainly walk around and enjoy the sites and shop!

Tickets for Ice Skating is $10/adults, $8 for ages 5-12, and free for children under 5. Rental skates are $6 and lockers are $3 should you need them. Tickets are available on-site and no reservations needed.

Discounts for City Hall Plaza Ice Skating Path are available for Berkshire Bank cardholders. Use a Berkshire Bank debit or credit card, and save 50% for ice skating admission. Keep in mind the discount is subject to availability and does not apply to skate rentals.

Also, active military, veterans and/or local educators can also receive a 50% discount with a valid ID, subject to availability and conditions.

There are also so many different ticketed holiday attractions at Boston Winter, you can check them out here. If you are interested in a ticketed attraction, you can use the promo code BLOGFRIEND to receive 15% off. The Boston Winter promo code expires December 16, 2016 so check it out soon!
