Come to the Fort Worth Water Gardens on Sunday, Aug. 31 at 4:45 for a kickoff party for DFW Free Day of Yoga. The official Free Day of Yoga is Sept. 1, but the organizers are getting the party started a little early with yoga lessons from teachers around the Metroplex. Music will be provided by the Bhakti House Band, and Gong Sound Healing with Kenny Kolter.
KIND Snacks will be on hand to offer healthy snacks.
