If you’re looking for something to do this weekend – or today – hit up the Main Street Arts Festival in Fort Worth. This free festival, located on (duh) Main Street in downtown Fort Worth, features live music, kids’ activities, and lots of art to look at and buy. The “Gourmet Fare” section also features treats from local vendors.
The hours of the festival are:
Thursday, April 8, 2010: 10:00a.m. – 10:00p.m.
Friday, April 9, 2010: 10:00a.m. – 11:00p.m.
Saturday, April 10, 2010: 10:00a.m. – 11:00p.m.
Sunday, April 11, 2010: 10:00a.m. – 8:00p.m.
While you’re there, you can also attend the Fearless Film Festival, a showcase of short films. They will be shown on Saturday, April 10 and Sunday, April 11. Admission is free. See the full schedule and list of films here.
