On Saturday, May 19, the Historic Mansfield Business District will hold a Celebrate Spring Event from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Geyer Field. At this free community event, you can purchase fresh produce from the farmer’s market, enjoy children’s activities, watch horticulture demonstrations, visit the petting zoo and more. At 1 p.m., there will be a butterfly release; if you want to participate, you can purchase a butterfly for $6 at several downtown retailers.
Geyer Field is at 609 E. Broad St. in Mansfield.
